Elizabeth Schultz is the President, Founder and Principal Broker of Avenue 5 Real Estate and has over 30 years of experience in Corporate Business Operations and Administration, three years in Commercial Real Estate and eight years in Residential Real Estate in Massachusetts.

Prior to entering the world of real estate and after completing her college studies Elizabeth started her professional employment at Raytheon Company and continued on to achieve a successful 30 year career working for corporate executives at some of the best known companies in New England including Camp Dresser and McKee, Kendall Healthcare, New England Controls, American Superconductor, New England Patriots Organization, Biogen Idec and TPG Development.

Elizabeth's quest for becoming an entrepeneur came to fruition when she founded Northeast Corporate Consulting, a business that provided executive level administrative services to clients such as Corporate Software and Technology, New England Controls, Epic Therapeutics, Softrax Corporation, Course Technology and Avery Dennison as well as private medical practices and small businesses throughout Massachusetts.

Elizabeth discovered her passion for real estate after working for a prominent commercial real estate developer from 2005 to 2008. After obtaining her real estate license she worked for Century 21 and RE/MAX. Always an entrepreneur at heart, Elizabeth founded Avenue 5 Real Estate, LLC in November 2010, a boutique real estate company that provides personal real estate consulting services in eastern Massachusetts. Since its inception Elizabeth has sold over $200M in residential real estate properties and continues to successfully work with buyers, sellers, builders and investors to help them achieve their real estate goals.

Elizabeth was born in Boston Massachusetts, Attended Burdett School in Boston MA for Business Administration in 1981, attended the New England Real Estate Academy and received her Brokerage License in 2009. Elizabeth also Received her Green Certification and Loss Mitigation Certification in 2009 and holds memberships with the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, The Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

James comes from the corporate world where he provides technology consulting to global companies. By day he is helping his customers protect their digital data infrastructure through design and architecture of comprehensive storage solutions. By night and on weekends he is providing sales and technical support for Avenue 5 on a part time basis.

Customer satisfaction resulting from quality service has always been and continues to be priority one with James in both the technology world and in real estate. As with his wife Elizabeth he too shares a great passion for real estate and keeps a keen eye on the real estate market to answer questions and to help Avenue 5 clients stay informed.

James is a member of The Massachusetts Multiple Listing Service, The Greater Boston Association of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and The Massachusetts Association of Realtors.
